Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the U.S. only including Hawaii and Alaska.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

We offer standard ground shipping at no charge. No minimum purchase required.

How long does it take to ship my order?

We ship within 2-3 business dats. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order. Shipping times may vary based on location, day, and method.

Do you offer fast shipping?

We offer the priority shipping option for an additional cost. You will be able to select the priority shipping method at checkout.

How can I track my package?

Once your order is processed you will receive an email with the tracking number.

How do I file a USPS claim?

You can file a claim with them at usps.com for any lost or damaged mail. They will need your tracking number. Please contact us if your mail is lost or damaged. USPS will work with you to refund the package but if does say "delivered" it will be hard to show proof. We are not responsible if the tracking says "delivered".
